If you have the Quicktime plug-in installed but are using Internet Explorer on a Windows operating system, you may still experience problems viewing the Quicktime movies. There's an easy fix on the Apple site.

Go to this page, and refresh the page as it instructs in the left hand column. If you get the broken icon, wait a few minutes (depending on connection speed) and a download window will automatically pop up. Click to allow it to install the patch (this takes only a few seconds) and you'll be able to view Quicktime content in Windows IE.
